Air is Anne Flipo’s quiet green-aromatic 2023 Mercedes-Benz EDP: bitter mugwort and petitgrain floating over a shared woody patchouli base. It is the most herbaceous component of the Land, Sea, Air layering trilogy.
Scent Profile
Wormwood gives the opening a cool bitter-green tone, softened by petitgrain and angelica. Turmeric adds a dry spice. The base is floral, woody, and patchouli-led, but it remains understated throughout.
Performance
This is a low-projection fragrance. It can fade to skin quickly and is best treated as a reapplication-friendly fresh scent. Its quietness makes it useful in close quarters but limiting for anyone seeking presence.
