Afgano Puro is Sospiro’s smoky herbal-wood answer to Black Afgano: green narcotic herbs, patchouli, cedar, tobacco, musk and vanilla, made smoother and sweeter than its darker reference. Its most important wrinkle is historical: the modern name is tied to the older Laylati / Afgano Puro lineage.
Scent Profile
The opening is green, smoky and herbal, with a clear wink toward cannabis or hashish associations. It is loud and a little piercing at first, then quickly folds into earthier patchouli and cedar. The heart and base are darker and sweeter. Tobacco takes over as the main drydown signature, supported by musk and vanilla. The vanilla smooths the smoke and makes the fragrance rounder without turning it into a gourmand. The overall shape is fairly linear: herbal smoke, earthy woods, sweet tobacco and musky vanilla.
