Atlantic Ambergris is a rare ambergris-centered Areej Le Dore extrait: salty white ambergris, cold pine, clove, florals, and moss arranged as a mineral chypre rather than a beach scent.
Scent Profile
The opening is bitter citrus, Russian pine, clove, and nutmeg over a salty ambergris glow. The spice is prominent and divisive; some wearers get a bracing old barbershop effect, while others hear the first flash of sea air. The heart is where the fragrance becomes more unusual. Jasmine sambac, champaca, and ylang-ylang soften the mineral ambergris, while tonka rounds the clove and nutmeg. The best moments feel like cool pine air, salty skin, creamy white florals, and powdery depth. The drydown moves into moss, orris, myrrh, labdanum, cypriol, violet leaf, and lingering ambergris. It is more mineral and powdery than literal seaweed, with a soft old-school base that can read chypre or fougere.
