Essence
Eau de Patchouli is the lighter, cleaner, vanillic sibling of Reminiscence’s reference patchouli. It keeps the leaf but wraps it in amber, tonka, benzoin, vanilla, and white musk.

The scent is warm and balsamic from the start, with cedar and sandalwood setting a polished wood frame rather than a raw head-shop opening. The heart layers Java patchouli with amber, bourbon vanilla, tonka, benzoin, and labdanum. The patchouli is present but domesticated: incensey, nutty, cozy, and musky rather than damp, camphoraceous, or green. White musk gives the drydown a clean powder-soft finish, which is why many wearers describe it as a summer patchouli or almost a musk scent.
Performance
Longevity can be very good, especially on clothing, but projection is gentler than the richer elixir-style patchoulis. Some skins lose it quickly, so the practical read is long but close, with real chemistry variance.
