The opening is bright and fizzy, led by ginger and mandarin. Cinnamon warms the citrus while rose water keeps it soft rather than sharp. The first impression is closer to a spiced sweet drink than to a heavy oriental perfume. Heliotrope gives the heart an almond-like powderiness.
